Well these aren't really cheats, but the effects are characteristic to cheats.  So here we go, left what you've got to sacrifice in your temple, right what you get:

The Good:
An impNew imps come cheaper
1 Beetle and a SpiderA Dark Mistress

The Bad:

The Ugly:
2 Bile DemonsAll your minions are turned into chickens
A GhostAll chickens die
A VampireAll monsters diseased
A Horned ReaperHorny goes berserk and starts slaughtering your monsters, while they become lazier and irritated.

Hints
Although they concealed the high resolution option very well, it's Alt + R in case you're wondering, I can't believe they didn't mention this skirmish mode in the manual.  Just use -1player as command line parameter (e.g. C:\keeper.exe -1player or C:\keeper95.exe -1player) Then you get the extra option in the Multiplayer section, it says 1 player.
