At the title screen don't press fire like it prompts you to, instead run your finger over the top row of your keyboard or just type RIP.  When done correctly a message appears that says: The active keys are (F1-F4).  So what do these keys do, you ask?  Well look at the table below.

F1Add some energy (max 9 lives)
F2Add some cash (max 999 coins)
F3Add some time (max 9:59)
F4End level
